If you don't want one you're lying.

There are many who don't want one because they don't know better. They aren't lying. They are just uninformed.

I am no liar, neither am I uninformed. I want two.

I must admit.. I've never driven a true RS Sierra Cossie. I want one, but I'd actually rather have a Sapphire 4x4 Cossie :)

Well played.

Not a fan of the humongous spoiler? (Right? the Sapphire was the more restrained model, correct?)

It's true though, I'd like one for Rally and one for Touring championships.

You need three then. Because really, you'd want one to keep in the garage in stock trim so that you can show folks what the unmodified car is capable of.

I love the whale tail. But the Sapphire felt better on the road. The sapphire was the 4 door sedan. I've never driven a three door, but I've been in enough of them, and I have driven several 4 doors..
Where I live there were tons of Sierra Cossies and "replicas" in the early '00s, we even put a Cossie engine in a BMW E36 :P And a mate of mine had a 770 HP Escort Cossie..
Edit: Sierra Sapphire Cosworth

Good point, I could keep it civil and take it autocrossing on the wekends and daily drive it on weekdays.

I believe it. Not being from the UK (or EU), I only saw them when I visited Cardiff. There were TONS of them.
Just wanted to make sure I actually remembered the difference in models. Thanks!
